Privacy policy

Hattiify stores the data needed to run your shop: your account details (name, email, WhatsApp number), your store and product information, and the orders your customers place — their name, phone number, and delivery address.

Customer details are visible only to the store they ordered from. We never sell data or share it with third parties. Order messages are sent through WhatsApp directly between the customer and the seller; Hattiify is not part of that conversation.

Store pages record anonymous visit counts (no names, no tracking across sites). Payment information is never collected — payments happen directly between seller and customer.

To delete your account and all its data, message us on WhatsApp or email support@hattiify.store.
